Ladies and Gentlemen, I present...Baconhenge

The felted bacon bracelet:

*Note: As a knitter, I can't believe someone made felted Bacon. Ok, I can believe it, crafty people are odd. Like me. Still, I am both fascinated and horrified*

21. This vegetarian is not amused.
It hits to close to home...I was on a date several years ago with a self-describing vegan (I'm not a vegan...I live in a defunct family goat dairy. I think they are keen though.) who ordered a Cobb salad for lunch in a fancy restaurant. The rest of this is too infuriating to re-tell. The important quotes however were:

Her: "What?! Bacon's a vegetable." (sweetly)

Me: "Bacon is not a vegetable." (bellowing)

You could say I reacted badly...or you could say she was an insensitive liar of an idiot. I'm choosing Door #2.
