Any Teppanyaki fans here?

I just went to Benihana tonight (although *I* know that its one of those overprised chain restaurants) - the food tonight was good.

Most of the chefs in that restaurant are Spanish (not that I'm against them)

So I go to a few other places. Some are authentic Japanese chefs, some aren't.

So, if you have a favorite Teppanyaki restaurant - post it here. I'll post two of mine.

Japanese Hibatchi Steak House - in Westminster, Colorado. Food there is superb, chef's silverware work is amazing, and entertaining. (Go during lunch hours - cheap!)

Shinjuku Japenese Steakhouse - in Aurora, Colorado - Authentic Japanese restaurant that still uses Japanese chefs to cook.

But if you're in the mood for sushi - go to Nohana's in Denver between 5-6 during the week, and you'll get one hell of a deal on their food choices. Excellent food - I've been a big fan of this restaurant for a long time - even during the namechange from Sushi Heights to Nohana - same owners - and they have one in Chicago.
