**I GOT THE JOB!!!**

A couple of weeks ago, I had asked for good vibes for a job I was applying for, and today, they called and offered the job to me!!!!

I start on July 1st.

It's only about 4-5 miles from my house, and I could ride my bike there if I want.

AND, it's a hell of a lot more money than I'm making now, and has great benefits!

So, thank you to all who offered their good vibes to me!!!

18. Doing what in Renton?

I live in Renton, work downtown though....off hours, so commuting is a breeze for me, except the gas prices.

Though I will be working for the International Aerospace Mechanics union, doing vocational services with Boeing's injured workers.

24. Ahhhh...cool! I live up the street from it

I can see the plant from our living room window.
Lots of shopping and new buidling going on at The Landing too..places for lunch and all.
And with the GAO sustaining Boeing's protest on the tanker deal, the mood there will be pretty good.
I have a friend who got a job at the Renton plant last year, got transferred to Everett a couple months ago and decided to move closer. They found a place in Woodinville.
