Tarts for Obama -- and I paid for two of them. |
Walnut tarts, that is. There was a booth at the local farmer's market this morning selling homemade treats as an Obama fundraiser. There were two parents supervising about 6 tweens and it looked like they had solicited donations from about a dozen neighbors. :)

6. I had wondered if this was an organized event. |
Very cool, small scale participation opportunity for kids. I noticed some other parents talking about the race as they walked past the booth too.
