1. "aaarrrrrghhhhhh . . ." was just what I was feeling, but for entirely different reasons.
Sorry 'bout the headache.

:(

4. I have a lot of arghhhhhh!!!!!!
too

different reasons

no headache

neck hurts, but it always does anymore

quitting caffeine?

I have been upping my dosage to gigantic amounts, at the point at which I might as well smoke meth or something

bad thing about a fru fru coffee shop opening up in the hospital I work at and the concoctions they are willing to make for me to dose me on caffeine enough that I'm surprised I'm not just sweating from the sheer heat of the caffeine.

:P

I gave up caffeine for 5 or more years. Why did I start back? Decided life wasn't exciting enough. In fact, ever since I started back, my life hasn't been the least bit boring. It just keeps swirling around the drain though it seems some days

just thinking about the caloric content of my chai tea latte as well as the usual daily mexican mochas that i have.

dammit dammit dammit.

seems like both you and i are in the toilet-bowl of life these days, huh?

hang in there, toots - you will get through it!! as will i.

sigh.

6. just have a coffee or a cup of tea
Not many calories in those. I need caffeine or I get bad headaches, but even worse is that I become really really grumpy, so I feel your pain.

7. Ahhh....
switch to tea and coffee

no mochas

no chai tea latte (those things are sweet and mochas are like ice cream as far as calories and fat)

or what I found that is awesome, Lipton diet citrus flavored green tea in a bottle... 0 calories and tastes great. I don't like diet drinks, but this one isn't like any other diet drink I've had.

Yeah we'll get through it, you have a lot more to deal with than I my friend...

hang in there!
