it's evening (7pm) upscale restaurant, but we were always a relaxed type of crowd. So I don't want to over do it, but I want to show off too (lol, yes, it's stupid, but I look great damn it!)

I'm small. 4'11", size 4. I don't have alot to spend either. 40-50 bucks tops.
