1. Sure, I remember...
Wasn't she the librarian Dane Cook had sex with in Good Luck Chuck?

2. No, it was a children's tv show hosted by LeVar Burton
about different books. Nothing to do with Dane Cook.

3. Right you are.
LaVar had a great presence. Talked to the kids at their level. Good show, I just thought everything was about Dane Cook tonight.:dunce:

4. Remember it? It's still on.
12:30PM UNC-TV or 10AM on UNC_KD.

My 5 year-old isn't into it yet.

Mark.

5. I loved it as a kid.....
Although the phrase "But you don't have to take my word for it...." (that the kids who talked about their favorite book would always say at the end of their "book report") puzzled me as a 5 year old. It took me a while to get it.

10. It ended in 2006.

It apparently had financial problems and was sold, in spite of Levar Burton's efforts to keep the show alive. Burton clashed with the new owners and decided to retire.

12. That's too bad.
The last I heard he was trying to keep the show alive, but it had been awhile since I'd checked on that. My older son loves that show.

13. That guy
made me think that color-blind people had X-ray vision. When I was three. And I believed it until I was about six or seven.
