7. I'm "Left-Libertarian" by the Political Compass Test, |
|
but I started to take that test anyhow. I didn't bother going past the first several questions; in my opinion those questions are definitely NOT "impartial". They're closer to the Push-Polling technique that was used against McCain in 2000.

12. I didn't see those other postings when I wrote the above, |
|
but I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one here who had a problem with those questions. FYI: That Political Compass website is at: http://politicalcompass.org/ I don't have the numbers handy at this moment, and don't care to retake it at this time. But I was pretty deep in each category (but not extreme). pnorman STAND UP, KEEP FIGHTING http://shows.implex.tv/wellstone/

8. Are you an Idiot? Take the test. |
|
My major gripe is that the questions are so snarky that they are impossible to take seriously.
But that's where the Libertarians have gone in the last fifteen years.
I used to be a Libertarian. But then I pulled my head out of my ass.

9. Oh, that thing is so-o-o-o-o accurate! |

Here are my results. When you read #1, keep in mind that I'm an atheist:
#1: Theocracy is for you! #2: You are Libertarian Party material! #3: Perhaps you'd like Ralph Nader or David McReynolds. #4: You're probably happy with the Democrats and Republicans.
Boy, the author of that thing isn't too goddamned biased, is he? :eyes:
