So, I am filling out a human rights complaint for sure now

So, I am filling out a human rights complaint for sure now
We're being targeted by the building management and they are trying to make life a pain in the ass. The doorman who just retired told us it's because we're young and white. The Strata council (Tenants board for you Americans)has made allegations that are totally false such as;

- We're running a business out of the apartment (Uh, no we aren't)
- We've given out extra fobs to people (What are we fucking making fobs here? Oh, maybe that's our 'business')
- There's too much coming and going (Sorry we are young and have busy lives, but how many people are we really bothering in the trip from the lobby to the 15th floor?)
- Too many people living here (It would seem having a house guest for a week constitutes someone 'living here')

So, that's that we're getting legal on their asses. Yesterday my roomie had a conversation with a very snotty strata head. And we decided it's time to kick some ass.

Any advice?

(3) If the number of occupants in the rental unit is unreasonable, the landlord may discuss the issue with the tenant and may serve a notice to end a tenancy. Disputes regarding the notice may be resolved by applying for dispute resolution under the Residential Tenancy Act.
