6. Veg Sushi!

This isn't mine but I do make some mean veg-shi. Assorted combinations of nori, rice, avocado, carrot, oshinko (pickled daikon), cucumber, natto, umeboshi, yam, and yuba. Gari and wasabi served on the side.
