Poem
This is a poem that I wrote a while ago. Just thought someone would like it.

That of which only sorrow can bring
Is the eyeful of tears a child can sing
But in the morn they will arise
With a sweet bright smile in thier eyes.

Hope you like it.

4. Thank you Jitterbug
I had it published once in a contest. It was good enough to end up in a book but I didn't win.

Oh well. There is always next time.

6. Well thank you
It's nice to hear from others. Try and try again is what I was always taught. So we'll try again someday.

7. The Lover
The lover
like spring air
smelling of new life,
lilacs and roses
filters through cracks
under doors
beneath windows
and quietly settles
beside you
as you sleep.
The lover kisses
the tears from
your eyes
draws forth
from your sweet
mouth, the fears
of yesterday.
He leaves
as he came.
Silent.
