Is it a cake or a rice crispy treat with an alternate cereal?

2. Here's a recipe I googled.

I've never made it myself,and yes it is a kids treat. I havn't eaten it in years.

1/3 cup butter/margarine
2 Tbsp cocoa
? cup corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
8 cups puffed wheat


Directions
Melt butter in saucepan. Add syrup, sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Boil mixture for at least one minute. Remove from heat. Pour over puffed wheat. Mix well. Press into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
