Speaking of which I have a request for better french riots this year. Burning down colored neighborhoods impresses nobody. I want to see some left bank homes on fire. And if they are going to kill of another twenty thousand or so French old people this summer have the decency to pile bodies in the street for cameras this year. Also with fascists in Italy I expect cross border raids into Romania and more homeless camps ablaze......

Cement is the dry stuff - concrete is what you get when you add water and mix. If you called it a "cement mixer" it would be okay because that is what it is doing - mixing cement and water to make concrete.
