1. I don't either.
My favorite Fleetwood Mac songs are heavy on Lindsay Buckingham's voice. :)

5. She might be a little easier on the ears than Bjork...
:hide:

...but she is certainly no Linda Ronstadt.

She might be "just as annoying" as Sheryl Crow or Liz Phair.

Or that other famous diva, Lindsey Buckingham. REAL easy to understand how these two used to be a "couple."

And that whole "This is a song about a Welsh witch" rap? Puh-LEEZ! Play Rattlesnake Shake! Play Oh Well! Play Green Manalishi! Play some damned FLEETWOOD MAC!

If Peter Green were dead, he'd be rolling over in his grave every time they play "Rhiannon." Or "Sara." Or "Landslide" OR...

That is all. Nothing to see here, folks. Move on.

Maybe... but she's the ONLY individual who could ever carry off the Goth look and still look great!

So I've been told told. If it's not, then I suppose no one has ever been able to pull off an attractive goth look.

19. I always thought...
...she just mixed up the "womenswear" and "soft furnishings" sections of her local department store, and ended up getting all her clothes made out of drapes.

17. pre-goth!
Edited on Thu Jun-26-08 04:32 PM by stuntcat
as a "goth" I can verify. She was doing her witchy dark stuff a few years before the late 80's goth turned it into a fashion trend. (And the 90's goth was just silly circus-goth)

She was my first crazy fan obsession when I was little, I think it was partly the strange witch stuff and my love of Fleetwood Mac. Listening to her now her voice can get annoying, but I still love her :loveya:

18. She is the only part of
Fleetwood Mac that I like. We went and saw them a few years ago. It was the worse concert I haver ever been to. Except for the Stevie songs.

21. Has the Lounge had a Stevie Nicks flamewar yet?
I'm think we had one on this topic back around 2003, but that may have been another board.

She can sound very nice, but so often she does that braying goat-thing.
