Somebody was murdered tonight in the apartment building next to mine tonight

A guy named "Dave" who's a veteran, I believe disabled, killed his roommate and asked the women living across the hall to "call 911". I saw a "news Fox 45/ABC 22" and called a friend and he told me somebody was killed. I went outside and the girl that he told to call 911 told me what happened and I'm sitting here shocked right now cause NOTHING happens in my neighborhood, nothing.

Almost a year ago, I went outside for a smoke and someone in the building I live in had jumped from the 12th floor. All I saw was blood pouring down the driveway and a sheet covering the kid(!) that had jumped. The shock lasted a couple of days, and took even longer to wear off.

10. Sorry for that. I almost witnessed someone being stabbed outside my apartment.

I saw the knife but not the stabbing. Happened last month. Fortunately the creep has been in jail since so i haven't had to have any contact with him.
