1. This one:

I have to wait until May 2009, but I'm hoping it'll be worth it. I've heard good things so far.

2. Damn, I didn't know about that one.
Looks like the "Batman Begins" of Star Trek. Nice!

3. I'm equal parts excited and terrified about it.
I love Star Trek. I will not say no to ANY Star Trek, but J.J. Abrams has an... iffy track record in my eyes. The cast looks like it's going to be great, and the semi-leaked story I've heard about makes it sound very interesting... Plus they've got Leonard Nimoy playing Spock, and apparently it's a VERY significant role for him.

I'll go see it no matter what. If it's good, I'll see it a couple of times.

4. I was the same way about Star Wars.
As far as the prequels, I was only impressed with Episode III. The others didn't seem to have soul to them.

This Star Trek looks good, though.

5. That first film DOES have a great cast, but I'm left with one question:
Do Clooney and Pitt hook up? :hide:

6. Nope
It appears Clooney hooks up with Swinton and with McDormand.

That is one I really can't wait for, either. I hope Ledger gets a nod.
