3. I have a VERY sophisticated palate
Anyone who knows me at all knows that I am the QUEEN of macaroni and cheese consumption. (They should do an autopsy on me just to see how many remnants of that are in my colon).

Hudson St.or Hamilton Ave are both great. I hear the one in Hamilton is not as good. I live in up-state NY now(The pizza sucks up here). and always get a tomato pie when I visit NJ. Jo-Jos is pretty good also. The pizza sucks up here.

having a well made pie there is as close as I'll ever get to having a religious experience. Jo-Jo's is right up the street from me and is always good when you need a couple of beers and a bar pie

25. Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Fried Okra
Sliced tomatoes and onions in a bowl of iced vinegar, green beans, homemade rolls and a big ole glass of Tea, followed by a bowl of homemade ice cream (hand cranked by me) and served with fresh picked strawberries tossed in a blender with a little bit of sugar and mixed up a few seconds. Of course it has to be made by Grandma who died a long time ago.

And this time of year fruit- plums, peaches. cherries and blueberries, which I can eat a pint of in about 5 minutes- and fresh warm tomatoes off the vine.
