Yes, the infamous chocolate-covered bacon is sold at a candy shop downtown. A friend's been pestering me for months to try it, so tonight, I happened to be nearby the store and picked some up.
I got some bacon, the bf got some chocolate-covered potato chips.
The bacon's not bad - you can't really "taste" the bacon, but it adds a nice crunchy texture to the chocolate. The bf said the potato chip was the same way - he couldn't really taste it except for a hint of salt.
I saved my other piece for breakfast tomorrow.

expensive and I didn't think you could really taste the potato chip so it was completely wasted on me. I should see if I can rustle up some chocolate covered bacon for my kid's birthday. She's a bacon freak. Ooh or one of those bacon maple lollipops. Did you see Salon's headlining story about bacon the other day?
