I'm losing my mind, I guess. I recall such a recipe on DU in the last few days but can't find it anywhere.

1. I like blueberry muffins. I like corn muffins.
A blueberry cornmeal muffin? This could either be very good or very bad.

3. I did lose my mind.
The recipe was somewhere else on the net. The muffins are now in the oven.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 cup frozen blueberries

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
Sift flour, cornmeal, brown sugar, salt and baking powder together into a large bowl. Dredge the blueberries in the sifted ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the milk, butter and egg. Stir the wet ingredients into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Let muffins sit for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.

4. Let us know if it is possibly as good as it sounds.
Or if it is just too much of a good thing.

four people at home, I can only eat 1/2 muffin because of the sugar, and they're all gone already.

2. Lasciate ogne speranza, voi ch'intrate.
Did you try Cooking and Baking? Although I must warn you, that hellhole is crawling with ravening psychotic fiends who will rejoice as they shred your soul.

Cthulhu couldn't moderate that madness.
