She said I found somebody new to take your place!
Now on XM 70s channel. I love this song just for that line.

I wonder how many replies this will get. I'll take two and will be surprised for them.

3. Obviously, I don't recognize it
so I guess you can be surprised at that ;)

Does the 70s channel include Tangerine Dream, Kraftwerk, Brian Eno, Bebop Deluxe, Blue Oyster Cult, Devo, Frank Zappa, et al? ;)

5. I don't know. I'm gonna guess, not very frequently.
But they do feature Abba, the Captain & Tennille, the Jackson 5. . . .

8. I figured it'd be the popular stuff
;)

That was just a sampling of the kind of music I was exposed to and loved as a teen in the 70s. Most of it thanks to KPFT 90.1 FM, Houston (the only Pacifica station in the South and dynamited off the air twice by the KKK.)

6. bittersweet type of song ..
:hi:

'All those lonely nights
You left me all alone
My true love would call
And talk to me on the phone.'
I said 'Woman, if that's the way it's gotta be
Then darlin, don't you worry about me.'
