Dear Mr. Obama, I have a request.
When you're president, please, pass a law making stupid illegal.

The penalty structure currently in place is insufficient.

Thanks,

Robb

p.s. I am not a crackpot.

5. If that law passes I'm gonna become a lawyer!
I'll specialize in Stupid Case Law. "Yer honor, my client isn't stupid. He's just average."

Gotta find me some stupid rich people. I'll just go down to the local Republican club.

This idea has traction. It can pull us out of this stupid recession.

6. The problem with that law would be
that Republicans would demand the right to appoint the judges, and as with everything else they touch, suddenly intelligence would be punished. Arrogance and Greed would somehow become the only acceptable signs of intelligence, and they'd make sure they are immune to prosecution no matter how obviously idiotic they are.

7. But, but, but, ...dude....!
Any of us, - hell all of us, - can be stupid for a minute, for a day, or just for one descision. It's ongoing stupidity that needs to be illegal; willful stupidity, in-your-face stupidity. Not just a single 'oh crap' moment in an otherwise intelligent life.

Signed,

Not Usually Stupid

8. Perhaps he can help craft the legislation
to make repeat stupidity a more serious offense. :D
