Edit to add: apparently the Orion spacecraft (basically a refurbished design of the Apollo) will be used for space station resupply, and future moon missions.

First Orion space station resupply mission is 2014. Last shuttle mission is 2010. So I'm guessing this means the space station will be unmanned and unused for about 4 years. WTF? (Edit #2 to add: at least by the US. Oops.)
