Bottled water, tap water, or water from a filter pitcher?
I refuse to drink bottled water, since IMO it's a *HUGE* corporate con job.

Tap water is ok here, (but so hard it rattles,) and I prefer water from the filter pitcher in my fridge.

5. Well water- I have exquisite well water.
I am located near the Jack Daniels distillery, the water is almost mineral free. I enjoy more than any tap water I have ever tasted.

9. water through the fridge, double filtered
We pay a fortune for our water here, town gets it from wells and it's awful. Some days I can smell the chlorine when I run the faucet. We also have hard water too.

14. Filtered tap water.
I'm one of those weird people who can taste traces of detergent in some tap water. :puke:

I have a filter on the tap at home, and the water fountain in my office is filtered too.

23. Same option here....
I got my faucet filter when I lived in an apartment that had a central boiler for hot water (instead of individual heaters). It was great because the hot water was REALLY hot, and you never ran out in the middle of a shower- no matter how much of a hot water hog your roommate was. BUT..... sometimes the pump would shut off, and the system would backflow, which stirred up the sediment at the bottoms of the tanks and for the next few hours, the hot water would be contaminated with chunks of iron and carbon and other things. That worried me a bit, so I got the faucet filter.

My city's tap water is REALLY good, but I could taste a clear difference in filtered vs unfiltered so I kept the filter even after I moved.

19. We use a PUR filter on our kitchen tap for all drinking and
cooking water, even for the cat and dog. We keep several bottles of the filtered water on the fridge and re-fill them.
We have used NO commercial bottled water since we installed the filter, and we immediately noticed the difference - even tea and coffee taste better with the filtered water.

The unit saves money over using bottled water as well - will pay for iteslf in about 2 -3 months.

24. I have a big water dispenser that I fill with water from an artesian spring.
I think the dispenser is this one:

Our tap water doesn't taste great and the spring water is free.
