Dick...Dick...such a perfect name for him. I'm saying it as I type it. Dick. Whenever I talk about Dick, which is a common event, I add a bit of extra emphasis to the 'k' at the end, a little staccato snap from the back of my mouth. It makes the word linger in the air, which is fun, because that wee half-second between "Dic" and the crack of the "k" is enormously gratifying to hear. Yes, I know, I'm an insane person, but don't knock it 'till you try it. Dic-k. The only thing better than a perfectly named politician is giving that perfect name a few more ticks of sonic life. one tiny sound made mostly of spittle somehow speaks volumes, a small spitball of emphasis in honor of Dic-k.

So that means the answer is No.
