This is a rather unique photo for a couple reasons- first is, it HAS to be the ONLY photo of me at this stage of life where you can clearly see my face. Most of my other "portraits" are either out of focus, have the top of my head cut off, or I'm partially blocked by someone else.

I think I'm sixteen years old here- I'm holding my first nephew, Noah (can you tell how absolutely comfortable I am with a baby in my arms?). Looks like he only recently joined the world, and ironically, I was still waiting to get my own membership in the mail.

I'm still waiting. :evilgrin:

7. I just finished watching his Harry Palmer movie series

That was his MI5 spy trilogy, written by Len Deighton. First came The IPCRESS File, then came Funeral In Berlin, then Billion Dollar Brain. The first one was the best. Horse Under Water was part of the book series, but wasn't put to film.

Like steel wool- impossible to comb, impossible to get it to lay down, impossible to make it look good. It was one of my many many curses.

These days my forehead is considerably larger, and the problem is disappearing all by itself. :rofl:
