Jesus - I was thinking of taking the ferry to Provincetown from Boston |
|
This weekend. It's $77 round trip per person. It makes the trip in 90 minutes instead of endless driving to the end of the Cape, but WTF - seems pretty damn expensive to me :grr:

1. I thought it was always pretty pricey. |

When we go to Chatham, we drive because it's too expensive for five of us. Plus, we have all the requisite fishing equipment that Mr. HAS TO TAKE. :eyes:

2. It's just the thought of all that traffic |
|
If the trip was, say, $40 round trip each - I think I'd do it, as there's only the two of us.

6. Oh, man. The traffic on the cape in the summer is horrific. |
|
We used to go Saturday to Saturday for a couple of weeks, but that's when all the rentals turn over, so we started going midweek to midweek.
Much, much better. And, worth the premium.

Driving is what, 150 or 160 miles? Plus, avoiding weekend Cape traffic is priceless.
