I want to start a band called Freddie Mac.
It sounds like it should be a funky blues bar band. Maybe go on tour with the Fabulous Thunderbirds. Or they could go on tour with my other imaginary band...The Flying Buttresses.

Do you have an arsenal of fake band names, or is this just another indicator of my relative lack of sanity?

2. That could be the name of our first CD.
We could sell it out of our trunk in the parking lot.

3. Freddie Mac and the Mental Recession
"The Mental Recession" should be the back-up singers or the horn section.

The first album should be "My Aunt's Fanny (Mae).

That is all.

6. In all seriousness, it's not a bad name. It rolls right off the tongue,
and had a good '60s Motown vibe.

11. my bands were always named after diseases or arguments...
so those choices sound more positive. Flying buttresses sounds very good.

If I were starting a band now it would be called The Crones or Tired Old Parents.

13. Here's some advice.
Knowing this will save you hours of mopping up horrible smelly liquids from your basement floor, and an hour of a plumber's time:

There is no such thing as a flushable wipe.
