I went to a cookout on the 4th, and I put a grilled chicken breast on my cheeseburger.


It was INCREDIBLE.


Mixed meat burgers are the awesome.

I know that might start a flamewar, but I stand by it. Any bastard who puts bacon on the grill deserves what they get.

Obviously putting bacon directly on the grill will start a flame (not necessarily a war though!)

The Spanish restaurant here has a dish you would love. Mixed grilled meats. BoyMidlo's absolutely favorite meal. Not a green vegetable in sight.

When my FIL lived here we actually disposed of an entire turkey because the men like the dark meat and the wimmen folk liked the white meat.

13. Just saw this 'mixed meat' burger recipe:

All-American Burger

1 pound Tennessee Pride County Sausage (mild, sage or hot)
2 pounds ground beef
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced or cm HALF cup minced onions (optional)

Blend all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with hands. Form into patties. Grill burgers 15 minutes or until cooked in center. Splash with additional Worcestershire sauce, if desired.
