A sirius question about FISA

Who the heck decided it would be pronounced F-eye-sa?

Visa is pronounced Veesa
Lisa is pronounced Leesa
casa is pronounced C-ah-sa and not C-aa-sa
mesa is pronounced m-eh-sa and not m-ee-sa
NASA is pronounced N-ass-a and not N-aye-sa
it's the leaning tower of P-ee-sa not the leaning tower of P-eye-sa

clearly there is ample precedent for saying Feesa, but there has been some sort of conspiracy to deprive me of my Constitutional right to say feesa without sounding like a moran. This is unacceptable. :argh: The eyes should not have it.
