The volunteer fire call is sounding in my town right now.

There is virtually no traffic on the main drag.

Waiting to hear the sirens....

1. I just heard 3 vehicles speed past my place.... no sirens yet.

It's funny but I guess I got it from my mother. She would stop whatever
she was doing when she heard sirens and make the sign of the cross.

I think if I saw someone do that, I would think they were offering up a little prayer on behalf of whoever the siren was for.
