I am an INFP, although I recently took the Kiersey Temperament Scale and came up an INFJ, which surprised me. Getting more judgmental am I? Mebbe so?

I've been okay for the most part. Just plowing along trying to figure out what comes next and concluding that maybe nothing comes next. As in maybe its time to just soak up the world, and life being single again and not try to fill the hole I feel with anything. Embrace the emptiness kind of crap, yanno?

Anyway, my counselor and I were talking a lot about that. Embracing my feelings and feeling them instead of running from them and trying to hide from them in someone else, or something else.

I was told when I took the test that I could choose one or the other. But borderline suits me to a T...sometimes I want to be in the middle of the crowd, and other times I've got to crawl into my comfy little shell.

Yes, facing feelings is a good thing. Letting yourself feel them, without necessarily acting on them, and without judging yourself for having them is an important step toward finding your true self. :D
