spiced with hot peppers, and herbs, and topped with Sweet Baby Ray's sauce from Chicago.

I do not use the mushrooms though. May try that. And I don't use canned shredded chicken (I hate canned meat except for tuna). And I bake the chicken rolls for 10-15 minutes before I pour the soup/cheese mixture on and then bake again for 10-15 minutes!!! It is yummy!
Chicken Rollups: 1 lg. can Pillsbury Crescent rolls 1 sm. can Pillsbury Crescent rolls (they have reduced fat ones now!) 2 lg. cans shredded chicken (found near the tuna!) 1 can cr. of mushroom soup 1 can cr. of chicken soup (You can use 2 chicken or 2 mushroom or a combo) 1 soup can milk shredded cheese (I used a casserole mix) *I added some sautéed mushrooms b/c we love them! lg. Pyrex baking dish
Roll out the rolls. Onto each roll put a little bit of chicken (and mushrooms if you want) and roll up the rolls. Place them in the backing dish in a single layer. In a small bowl mix the soups and milk. Pour this over the rolls. Top with the cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes, until the rolls look done. If you bump it up to 375, they get a little more done. Makes 12 chicken rollups.

Sounds yummy!
I am going out shopping with my mom, and I am sure we will stop to get some dinner. Not sure where we're going to go though.
Enjoy! :hi:

It's summer. Last night, we ate elegantly and healthily.
Tonight, it's brats. On the grill.
