1. How do you extract from TiVo?

I've been meaning to learn how, but haven't had time. I've got it hooked up to my Ethernet network, but all I can do is FTP and Telnet to it....haven't figured out where the video files reside. I have an entire season of University of Florida football to burn to DVD :)
