Good news and bad news (at least for me) |
|
The good news...because we just got back from the community pool (they showed a movie tonight), and I actually swam, I am actually cool enough to sleep well for the first time in like 2 weeks.
The bad news, because I swam, my joints are cold and are really really hurting right now.

1. Don't you just hate California? |
|
Doesn't the weather make you want to move to, say, Alabama?

I know, I moved here (CA) from Minnesota two years ago, after having lived in MN for almost 40 years.

Oh, sweetie...
Oh, that just sucks!
Can you wrap something around your joints to warm them?
How about your husband? ;)

6. Take a lukewarm shower. Might also help to wear socks and/or cotton gloves to bed. |

Take them off when you warm up.
Have a good night.

Wouldn't a cold shower before bed help with the heat? I would rather stick needles into my eyes than not have AC. And I wouldn't be able to sleep either. Our AC died early the first year we lived here. I went into the office and pitched a fit. Not sleeping makes me cranky and nasty. So does being hot. I really feel for you. Duckie
