2. Leftover main dish with new sides.

I made bison short ribs in the crockpot yesterday using this recipe with the addition of chopped green pepper and slices of a couple of small oranges:

Sliced up some red potatoes and sauted them with onions in olive oil and butter, made coleslaw with homemade yogurt dressing.

I got a gift certificate for my birthday from a friend. I had Roast Duck, Seafood Spring Rolls. Donna had Orange Beef and Veggie Egg Rolls. Tasty.
And I'm having some more of my Chocolate-Raspberry Cheesecake as soon as the coffee is ready.

Cube Steak with onions sauteed in Balsamic vinegar & Worcestershire (I know sounds disgusting, but quite good actually).
