How's this work-out schedule?
7:00am - ALarm goes off - work arm by hitting snooze
7:10 am ALarm goes off - work arm by hitting snooze (repeat until)

8:20am - Finally get, scratch left but cheek.
8:22 - work more arms by getting in shower and showering.
8:30 - shave and Brush teeth

8:35 - get dressed
8:45 leave for work having not eaten breakfast because you slept in slacker
8:55 - get towork - sit in chair until noon

noon - lunch - go eat something high in Carbs and sneak a beer if the boss isn't around

1:00 get back to work sit in chair

5:00 - wake up, time to leave work.

5:30 - eat dinner mostly of soup and beans. leave dishes for "later"

6:00 - 10:00 - watch tv

10:30 - go to bed.

2. truthfully I'm usually there by 8:30
But this is based after one of my lazy days.

3. Sounds familiar...
Have started getting up a half hour early and walking for half an hour... otherwise, I'm on your schedule for the most part.

4. I usually get up at like five am in the summer
but in the winter - bed is just too darn cozy.

8. That is so not your real schedule!
because you didn't put all your DU posting time on there. That's got to take up an hour a day, minimum.
