Whatever happened to gum commercials? |
|
You know, with the catchy themes...they were big in the 80s and 90s and then died out. Remember? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J_e63H-c6R8http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_F_1-Rgsmkhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X_a4mCRIPRYI like the Juicy Fruit one the best.

And all these catchy commercial themes were for Wrigley gum, so maybe that's why they all went off the air at the same time.

11. The best part of all the Juicy Fruit commercials |
|
In every freakin' one, a hand passes the pack to a person off screen. During this sequence, the pack passes by someone's face who IMMEDIATELY stops having a good time and smells the pack like it's filled with cocaine. The look on their face is always remarkable like, "oh shit, is that what I think it is? Fuck yeah, that crazy chick brought the goods all the way up the mountain for our ski trip...mmmmmm".
