I don't know how anyone does that. It's the worst method of excercise ever IMO.

6. I do it because it makes me feel like a badass
When I weighed close to 300 lbs, I couldn't run. Now that I can, I do, because I feel empowered.

7. You are most definitely a badass!
But... when I do it I feel like a bounce house. What kind of sports bra do you wear? I'm not wearing two of them. And with only one I still have to grab them to stop the bouncing. It's annoying!

congrats on the exercise and the will power
I have lost about 20 lbs over the last few months doing similar--walking not running however.
turning down a candy bar is hard sometimes....

i bought a bag of the bite size hershey dark chocolate bars today for work in the hopes i could eat 1 or 2 and cut my cravings for such stuff out. we shall see
