Has anyone tried biofeedback for stress or meditation
My stress levels are not that high in this period of my life, but I am wondering if biofeedback or neurofeedback will help me meditate more effectively. Has anyone tried neurofeedback or biofeedback? Are there studies comparing these tools to meditation alone that find better benefits? Are there biofeedback or neurofeedback programs, software or devices I can buy that do not cost $300 or more?
