Went from about 65 degrees in the beautiful Bay Area to a crappy and humid 99 in Dallas. Arrrggghhhh!

Had a wonderful time with Bullwinkle925, as usual. It's always hard to leave her. Didn't get to have a meetup with DUers due to scheduling difficulties on our end - we must do it next time I'm out there.

Good to be home with Mr. DTBK and kitties (Monty spent about 15 minutes rubbing his face on my shoes), but sorry to be in the hellhole that is Texas.

Hey, i am planning visiting DFW Dec26-29
a good friend of mine lives in FT Worth
and we are taking a day to go to Corpus Christi to see the famous USS Lexington CV16

5. you just keep us informed regarding your schedule. The DFW DU

group tries to at least get together for an eat out in a restaurant get together around that time of year. DTBK and I live on opposite ends of the DFW metroplex so we meet in the middle. Usually if there is a meetup a restaurant is selected in the Arlington area as that is centrally located.

By the way you will need more than a day to go to Corpus, just so you know. It is about an 8 hour drive.
