2. I don't need Bobby Goren searching around all inside my head!
:scared:

My mom used to call that show "Sherlock". As in, "Honey, can you call back later? Sherlock's on. Thanks. Bye."

3. Just realized I know exactly what to say when the questioning starts...
"The Beagle did it. No, seriously."

4. We got two kittens from a little girl outside Wal-mart awhile back.
They later got pregnant a month apart. The first litter all died within a week. When the second cat had her litter the first cat would sneak up and take one of the kittens by the neck and trot to a corner of the house and lick it for hours.

5. Death by natural causes followed by surrogate parenting....
That's a much better story than "my beagle killed a kitten".

12. A feral kitten here climbed up in my daughter's car.
She didn't realize it and when she started started the car, it killed the kitten. She grieved over the poor little thing and felt guilty over it for days. I had to talk her out of it, that was not her fault. But now she honks her horn before she starts her car just in case.

11. You are a better person than I am
I got rid of one of my dogs when he succumbed to instinct and chased down and killed one of my goats. I did find him a new home, but that is the only dog I ever adopted we did not keep for life.

The beagle would probably be gone if it were mine, even though he was only doing what came naturally.

17. She lives with three cats, and is great with them. Killed the kitten,
then came in and curled up to sleep with one of her "brothers". So, I feel safe with her and don't hold her responsible. The responsible party is whoever's fault it is that the mother cat is running around free and intact. I won't punish her for being canine.

18. You sweetie. Someone recently posted about kittens
dying mysteriously, so maybe the beagle didn't do it.

Even if she did, she didn't mean it. I'm sorry.

19. I would love to think she didn't do it.
But I'm fairly sure she did.

I still love her. And it's clear that she loves me...and her feline siblings.

14. isn't it against city code to put a dead animal in the trash?
I've always buried anything dead in the yard, under rose bushes or something similar.
