Another day, another liqueur bottle label...
A lovely coffee liqueur this time. I know it's good, because I drank everything that didn't fit exactly when I bottled late last night. ;)

1. You Make Your Own, Robb?
How do you go about it?

Done a little home brewing, but liqueurs are a new frontier. I had Italian landlords once who made their own strega. Strange stuff.

2. I go with the blindingly simple method
Being a blindingly simple guy. ;)

Infusion, basically make a grain alcohol "tea" for a month with whatever flavors I'm after. My damiana one came out faboo!

4. I Hope "Blindingly" is Metaphorical
You never know when talking about homemade alcohol. :)

Maybe I'll try that. Chinese use infusions to make medicinal drinks -- ginseng, these red currant things, dried sea horses, etc. Not always tasty.

There's this Russian restaurant in northern Virginia that has wonderful flavored vodkas -- things like blueberry. Not Stolichnaya flavors. Maybe they use the same process.
