The truth is - Spot was free to sit in on the most secret of meetings. She was present during the secret energy task force meetings. In fact - she sat silently through any number of "black ops" meetings - both pre and post 9/11.

She was getting old and senile. She started barking in his sleep. Simply put - she became a liability.

THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE DAMMIT!!
