3. What? My shrimp cocktail didn't fill you up?
:P

Get the store brand.

It's all made at the same factory and anyone who tells you any different is a liar!

Enjoy your fried chicken!!

Me? I'm having..... I have no idea! ;)

4. I'm not really going to put cornflakes on my fried chicken.
I'm just being silly. :D

I do plan to make fried chicken, though. Fried chicken with mashed potatoes, biscuits, country gravy, and a mess o' peas fresh from my own garden.

5. I can't remember the last time I ate fried chicken and I won't make it!!

But I do broil chicken and oven bake it too, just as it is.

Maybe a little salt and pepper on it. I don't eat the skin.... EVER! YUCK!!!

And I only eat the white breast meat. That's the best part!

6. I have a whole cut-up chicken (and no, I didn't cut it up myself - I bought it that way).
I prefer the breast meat myself, but Mr. LIW and the kids love the drumsticks! I should have bought extra drumsticks.

9. Cut up chicken costs more... I cut them up myself...gets the aggression out!

:P

Or I boil then and pick the meat off and make 'Chicken A' La Queen'.

I make a simple white sauce with the chicken broth and thicken it up.

I love that over mashed potato's and with fresh or frozen pea's.

Soooo good! :9

10. I know it costs a little more, but it's still cheaper than boneless, skinless breasts.
I do have a whole fryer in the freezer, so I'll get some practice cutting up chicken. :D

I just love peas as a side dish with fried chicken. Definitely good mixed with Chicken ala Royalty!
