That's a whole lotta nuthin', that is. That takes TALENT, to fill up space and not say anything. :wtf:
Nice spelling and grammatical errors, too. I think if the individual had written less, it would have given him/her fewer opportunities to sound like a moron. Just IMO, of course.

I love the "not my problem" surrounded by whole pillows of flattery. Wonderful window dressing.

6. Makes you wonder why he bothered, doesn't it? |
|
I mean, eventually I'd have either solved the problem myself or called someone, anyway.
What amused me was that this was obviously not a form letter, like you usually get. Too many typos, missed contractions, and the like. This guy actually thought this out and wrote it. Well, wrote it, anyway.

In Germany, you're lucky to 1.) get any contact with them at all, and 2.) when you do finally reach them, they give you a date two or more weeks out, threaten you with huge penalty charges if you're not there when your appointment is, and then sometimes don't show up on the date they practically ordered you to stay home to let them in.

12. Maybe. It reads like American, though. |

"I see your contacting us in regards to getting information about our services."
The missed contraction seems like a classic English-speaker mistake. But re-reading it, I can see what you mean. Sounds like a tech support script, only not copied perfectly.
Maybe. It still wasn't any help at all. :( Why have email support if you aren't going to help someone through email? Reminds me of the time I got my mother hooked up on the Internet and sent her the first email. She CALLED me to tell me she got it. My fault: I hadn't covered "replying to an email" yet.
