This was my first attempt at using the macro function on my Nikon D40x. Worked pretty well, even for a novice like me! Glad you enjoyed them.:pals:

6. We do have some cool places to go out here.
The Sierras are my favorite though, winter or summer. Glad you enjoyed the pics, and I hope they brought back pleasant memories.

Huntington Lake is about a two hour drive east of Fresno on Hwy 168. It's part of the Big Creek Hydroelectric Project, and was constructed using two dams in 1920. It's long and narrow, and considered one of the premier sailing lakes in California.
