11. All I did was look at the lengths, their numbers, and make a visual representation...
As it's also Sunday afternoon, I didn't care to think and this is the Lounge anyway...

but it actually leads to a rather nasty looking quartic equation:

k4-2ck3+k2(a2-b2)-2ck(a2-b2)+c2(a2-b2)=0

Where a=105, b=87, c=35 and k is the height of b. Once k is found, then x can be found by solving k2+x2=b2.

I remembered the c= something squared but I couldn't remember
if c was also, and I was too damn lazy to look anything up.:rofl: so I just eyeballed it and guessed.
Maybe that is why I always have to cut more wire.
