Just to totally ruin musical continuity, who should score the final Harry Potter movie? |
|
and by final, I'm talking "Deathly Hallows Part 2", so that even the musical continuity is utterly fucked up not just from the first six books to the seventh, but also between the two parts of the seventh book.
I'm thinking they should just string together a bunch of early 19th century American revivalist hymns played too heavy-handed on a crappy piano and sung by an out-of-tune-but-earnest soprano, and that they music shouldn't even be edited to the scenes on screen. The more the same music bleeds from one scene into another, the better, that's what I say.

Go with a soundtrack that features Philip Glass, Pet Shop Boys, 50 Cent, the Academy of St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Toby Keith, the Boston Police Gaelic Column Pipe Band, Slipknot, and John Tesh.
