| For the first time since early April, I have no chemo scheduled! |

I finished my sixth round Saturday. A week from tomorrow, I'll be getting new scans and I'll see the doctor a week from Friday. Our hope is that the cancer is gone for now and I won't have to have any more chemo for awhile.
However, if that's not the case, I'll at least get a break while we go on vacation August 13-21. We're flying from Austin to LA, catching the Coast Starlight train to San Francisco where we'll spend a couple of days, and then catching the California Zephyr train from SF to Denver to spend a couple of days with our oldest daughter. While we're there, we'll be seeing Garrison Keillor and A Prairie Home Companion at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison on my birthday! :bounce:
It's still early in this cancer journey but I have much to celebrate. :hi:
