Dear coworkers . . .
Edited on Mon Jul-28-08 03:01 PM by MountainLaurel
. . . It's "asked," not "axt."

. . . If it's not the final draft, don't send it to me for publication. Because doing the same project multiple times does not help me practice my skills, and it just pisses off the bigwig hospital administrator we sent the article to for review. I'm sending him your telephone number when he calls to bitch at me.

. . . I'm really sorry that your adult children nor your husband apparently cannot take a dump without calling you for advice or to chat about it, but do you think you could turn even the vibrate off when you're out of the office or take it with you, because the sound of the phone vibrating for 10 minutes at a time across your desk is a bit annoying?

Thanks, ML

1. That's one of my pet peeves abandoned cell phones
What's worse than vibrate is hearing their crappy ring tones, while the owner is off who knows where.

Although her vibrate mechanism sounds like a mini-Mac truck.

11. Terrific
But that would mean I'd have to pry it out of her fingers long enough for the gelatin to set.

4. and could you please leave your Lysol spray and stinky hand sanitizer at home?
all this overdisinfecting is contributing to reduced immunities in children, anyway. And household cleaners make me deathly ill.

6. death by disinfectant
I hear that! I was so happy to see one of my coworkers leave the office. She used to pile stuff on her desk to keep people from using her phone, as if she owned the cubicle. It wouldn't be so bad if she just used the wipes, but no it was empty the can on everything.

14. Could be worse
Mr. Laurel had a former coworker who thought that going wacky with the lavender air freshener would cover up her stench in the bathroom, but all it did was bind to the stench and drag it out into the office as it trailed behind her.
